Turning pain into purpose

For each time your heart bled, the pain was unbearable and you thought you'd never feel anything else than this pain…

…you came one step closer to you.

When all else was quiet, you could hear the whispers of your soul calling you to stay, even when all you wanted was to run away, trying to numb the pain.

Your soul will show you that there lies sacred medicine and wisdom within the wound and the pain. Your angels will wrap their wings around you, and remind you that you're not forgotten, you are loved, held and cherished so deeply..

And you come to see that perhaps it wasn't about what other people were doing, but why you were allowing it.

Perhaps it wasn't about what they couldn't give to you, but how you refused to give it to yourself.

Perhaps having your heart broken was the best thing that could happen, because it brought you to the most amazing love of all; your own.

Perhaps the pain was a guiding light leading you home to you, showing you who you are and the medicine you're here to share.

Perhaps the pain was big, because your love is big too- and so is your purpose.

The angels never left your side. They were always there with you, helping you find the gift and transform the deepest sorrow to the brightest light.

This is the light that now guides other people home too. 

You see, the world needs your medicine and sometimes it requires a journey through a bit of darkness to discover it. Be ever so thankful for that which cracked you open, for the world needs you open.

Choose love again and again. It is the miracle that no one can ever take away from you, it is the miracle that heals not only you, but sends waves of love throughout the entire Universe.
